Small personal injury law firm in Arlington, Texas is hiring a part-time Accounting Assistant to assist with various accounting duties such as payroll, various accounts/billing reconciliation, accounts payable, etc. Full charge bookkeeper or equivalent preferred. Position will require three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) approximately 8 hours a day. This posit ion does not allow any remote work. The firm has minimal employees who thrive in a very quiet atmosphere. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as on a team level with a positive attitude. Candidate must pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screen. Requirements: Proficient in Quickbooks Pro Proficient in Microsoft Systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook Salary depends on level of experience, education and proficiency Job Requirements: Assist with various accounting duties such as payroll, various accounts/billing reconciliation, accounts payable, etc. Full charge bookkeeper or equivalent preferred.
