today!Responsibilities:The Senior Accountant assists the Financial
Services Department in creating timely and accurate financial
statements and special financial projects. Assists with monthly
closings, account analysis and supports management in carrying out
the responsibilities of the accounting department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly Journal Entries
- Reconcile balance sheet and Income Statement accounts
- Review Income Statements and other financial reports
- Prepare Financial Reports for distribution
- Monitor and assist with various banking processes
- Assists in budget preparation and audit functions
- Assists in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
and departments
- Provides a wide variety of customer service for Home Office and
field locations
- Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, and others
in a courteous and professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Directly supervises employees assigned and their
operations
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable lawsQualifications:Required

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting and

requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
administration required.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience required
- Multi-site accounting with broad level of experience a
plus
- Great Plains/MS Dynamics experience a plusPosition
Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Day and
hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week minimum.
Occasional evenings and weekend work may be required as job duties
demand. Strict adherence to the Attendance, Punctuality and
Dependability Policy is an essential function of the position for a
variety of reasons.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although
some out-of-the-area and overnight will be expected.
