Responsible for identifying relevant insights and compiling analytical reports that enable managers to make sound decisions based on data and forecasts. Forward-thinking forecasts and models based upon trends is a key component of the reports. In support of complex project requirements and deliverables, compile information on headcount, budget, actuals and forecast trends. Working collaboratively with business office, and finance teams to ensure alignment of project financials and reconciling to project planning.Responsible for collecting information across divisions of the company. Other responsibilities may include improving current methods used in the collection of data from other parts of the company while retaining the essential integrity and security of the information collected.The analyst should be able to work under pressure to maintain quality deliverables. Multitasking and adapting to new situations, formats of data presentation and adhering to deadlines are expected.Expected to have minimum five years of previous experience in project management, planning and analysis, data analysis or a similar role.Skills Necessary for Success

• Project Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Solid PowerPoint skills
• Confluence and Jira experience a plus
• Ability to learn corporate systems for obtaining key performance data
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
• Communication: Project management analysts often work with other members of a team, so communication skills are essential. You may need to communicate with other team members to explain complex data or to request additional information.
• Critical thinking: Critical thinking is the ability to analyze a situation and make a decision based on the information you have and to make decisions about the data they analyze.
