Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller (CPA) to oversee all financial operations for a stable, growth-focused organization. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining hands-on responsibility for accounting accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced experience with Sage 300 (ERP), and a proven track record of building reliable financial processes that support operational scalability.
