Job Description:

PLEASE NOTE:-- This role is a temp-to-perm position. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating meetings times, arranging travel, arranging conference rooms and catering.-- Meeting set-up/clean-up Run system reports with internal systems such as Workday, JDEdwards, Salesforce, etc. Handle vendor-specific meetings and vendor setup (i.e.--Procuring W-9, ACH form and compliance packet sign-off for finance payment processing) Creating excel spreadsheet utilizing formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP Develop presentations in PowerPoint Complete travel and expense reports Handle travel arrangements Process purchase orders (Issue, receive and reverse) Ensure contracts anda agreements are properly signed, scanned, uploaded and filed Provide status updates to internal employees and external customers Order office supplies-- -- -- -- ---- Maintain and update community bulletin boards, electronic boards and framed announcements on campus -- REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of relevant/related esperience Prior experience using systems such as Workday, Box, Smartsheet, Zoom, JD Edwards.-- Demonstrable expertise using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) High School Diploma or Associates degree in business administration preferred
