Job Description We currently have an opening for an experienced
Purchasing Officer Assistant. Applicants must be a team player with
integrity and detail oriented. Job Description : - Create New
Purchase Orders with Vendors Needed for Job Materials - Track,
Review and Confirm orders that were received - Support management
and resolve purchasing related issues promptly - Process Purchase
Orders in Computer System - Track Inventory -Prepare and distribute
all new starts to Sales -Order floor plans for new starts package
-Update POs as needed -Order office supplies needed for the office
-Keep all computer systems up to date - Assist with Miscellaneous
administrative duties Skills Required : - Previous secretarial
experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self starter
- Integrity - Team player - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
and Outlook - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks
