Must be able to 10 key 10,000-11,000 kph.
Other requirements: Excellent data entry skills, Intermediate MS
Office Skills, accurate, fast learner, comfortable on the phone,
demonstrates sense of urgency working high volumes with tight
deadlines, resolve validation issues. Maintain a positive customer
service approach in all interactions with clients and
coworkers.
