Our commitment to career development has created tenure and loyalty that enables us to perpetuate our family atmosphere. -The Digital Marketing Product Manager will manage the day-to-day activities related to many aspects of OmniHotels.com as we look to create a best-in-class customer experience and e-commerce engine. This manager will be highly collaborative and work hand-in-hand with our web agency and internal stakeholders to ensure the website drives revenue and guest engagement while elevating the brand experience. They will be responsible for indirectly leading and influencing junior associates and shaping their eCommerce strategy from UX, functionality, technology, content, and performance. A member of Omni's Marketing team, this role reports to the Director, Digital Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage overall content for OmniHotels.com, including end-to-end website overhaul (front-end and back-end) as well as short-term enhancements/improvementsManage website agency (and affiliated partners) to ensure projects meet deliverables on time/on-budget; provide updates to the senior teamOversee and manage all content on OmniHotels.com and identify ways to improve efficiency/qualityConsult with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionality - including corporate, regional, and hotel leaders.Synthesize varied sources of input and feedback into a concise recap for web agency and leaders, with the rationale behind recommendationsSocialize and provide feedback on website design, information architecture, and process flows in conjunction with cross-functional teamsDevelop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces - working closely with the brand, marketing, IT, revenue, and digital teamsTroubleshoot and test prototypes and monitor the live deployment of the productContribute to business and system requirements gathering, validating, and defining current and future products from cross-functional stakeholdersProvide mentorship to junior associates to grow the team and deliver projects on time and within budgetDocument website development processes/procedures and provide training to usersMonitor website performance via customer feedback and reporting; identify and proactively resolve issuesAssist in creating and executing internal and external communication plans

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience5-7 years of relevant work experienceExceptional project management and communication skills with track record of delivering resultsProven experience of serving customers with successful digital productsExperience managing agencies - ideally with website development projectsWebsite experience including content management and UXExperience with website analytics platforms such as Google AnalyticsExperience with CMS software such as SitecoreHTML and/or CSS experience is a plusAbility to stay calm under pressure and prioritize among competing opportunitiesStrong collaboration skillsExperience building relationships, leading projects, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills along with the ability to comfortably work with ambiguity when neededPositive demeanor, a can-do attitude, and a problem-solving mindset -Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
