excited to announce several new opportunities for skilled SMT
Technicians for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington,
TX 76011 area. Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM –
10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Responsibilities Include:
Performing regular maintenance on SMT equipment including loaders,
printers, SPI, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI
machines Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues Conducting
pre-operational checks following maintenance activities Updating
and maintaining equipment records and supporting asset transfers
Completing and labeling maintenance documentation for all SMT
equipment Repairing soldering irons and ionizer fans as needed
Maintaining and calibrating placement machine feeders Assisting
with mid-year and year-end fixed asset inventories Supporting and
organizing daily tasks for the SMT team Qualifications: High School
Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications in electronics or
SMT preferred) 2–3 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance
or a related technical field Key Skills: Strong understanding of
SMT equipment and processes Proven ability to troubleshoot,
calibrate, and repair SMT machinery Comfortable with asset
management systems and documentation practices Excellent teamwork
