You will be the Program Planner for the Integrated Program
Planning team. Our team is responsible for driving program
execution through effective relationship building and analyzing
complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program
schedules and plans. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Planner,
you will be responsible for supporting Senior Integrated Program
Planners in developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans
and schedules. Your responsibilities will include but are not
limited to: • Supporting the preparation, execution, and
maintenance of new or existing planning products • Developing and
maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the
Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS) • Identifying
Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk
analysis, and developing corrective actions • Supporting proposal
submittal and execution schedule development to meet established
plans and parameters • Supporting the implementation and monitoring
of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule

location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a
facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must
be able to obtain a secret clearance. Exposure to Network
scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc) Proficient
with Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated critical thinking
and problem-solving abilities Experiences with networked schedules,
critical path methodology Experiences delivering briefings to team
members and project teams Knowledge of Schedule Performance
Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management Ability to
obtain DoD SECRET clearance for consideration Bachelor’s degree 3
years or more of experience in planning or program management
related discipline Critical Path Scheduling methodology Integrated
Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance Production /
Sustainment / Depot Operations Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Development Proposal knowledge Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
knowledge Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables
and VBA Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools Ability
to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full
time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
