Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join
our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of
contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and
assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer
satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining a positive company image. This position requires strong
communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs
effectively. Duties Provide outstanding customer service through
various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Handle inbound
and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist
customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account
information. Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions
in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with
team members to improve processes and enhance the customer
experience. Utilize office software and tools to manage
communications efficiently. Assist with training of team members.
Complete daily quality assurance. Back up Housekeeper as needed.
Qualifications Proven experience in a customer support is
preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal
communication skills are essential. Ability to analyze customer
needs and provide appropriate solutions. Proficient in using
computer systems and office software for documentation and
communication purposes. Multilingual abilities are a plus,
enhancing our capacity to serve diverse customers and team members.
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality
service is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability
to manage multiple tasks effectively. is a plus - Spanish and
English (written and spoken) Requirements: · Available Monday –
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. · Driver’s license · Must love pets!
· Reliable transportation to drive - mileage reimbursement is
provided. Company car available to drive-Must have a valid driver's
