Description American Bank is seeking a highly motivated Teller. The ideal candidate must have a passion to help people, is self-directed with good judgment. This position will deliver a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential . Responsibilities: Greet customers Listen to customer needs to make appropriate customer referrals to our banking products and service as well as to other bank staff Conducts transactions Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications: Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to learn to use new technology effectively Ability to listen effectively Strong communication skills High standard to confidentiality Ability to give and receive feedback Excellent customer service skills Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of bank products, services and regulations is a plus
