A Swim Coach is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members. We offer: Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week Fixed scheduling that works around your school and/or extracurricular activities Competitive pay (plus daily and weekly bonuses!) and performance evaluations each quarter along with merit raises 2 mental health days per year for all employees $250 bonus for every 4 months worked! Top-notch job training (50 hours of paid training - no previous swim experience necessary) Lots of FUN and a positive team environment! Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming Smiling and having fun Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below) The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, people with the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
