Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A certified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a maternity leave
contract position in Arlington, TX, serving a school setting. This
role offers a dynamic opportunity to provide essential speech and
language support to students while enhancing your professional
skills in an educational environment. The position is primarily
onsite with one day per week allowed for remote work, providing a
flexible balance between in-person engagement and work-from-home
convenience. Key Responsibilities: - Implement individualized
speech and language therapy plans aligned with educational goals. -
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students
communication needs. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
specialists to support student progress. - Maintain accurate
records and documentation according to school and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary
discussions. Qualifications: - Valid Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. - Experience working
as an SLP in a school setting. - Strong understanding of
educational requirements and regulations regarding speech therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to
manage a caseload efficiently while providing quality care.
Location: Arlington, TX Contract Duration: Immediate start through
May 29, 2026 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, onsite with one remote day
