Job Description This entry-level Contracts Management position
supports the PAC-3 Development Program and provides full lifecycle
contracts support across a variety of contract activities. The
selected candidate will work closely with senior contracts
professionals, program management, finance, estimating, and other
functional teams to support proposal development, contract
administration, contract modifications, internal and external
correspondence, and contract closeout activities. This role is
suited for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and
interested in developing a strong foundation in Government
contracts management within a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Support proposal development efforts by
providing contracts support throughout the proposal lifecycle -
Review solicitation documents, contract documents, and customer
communications to help identify contractual requirements - Assist
in drafting, reviewing, and processing contract modifications -
Prepare contractual correspondence for customer submittal in
coordination with senior contracts professionals - Draft internal
correspondence, summaries, and status updates for management and
program teams - Support contract administration activities from
award through closeout - Maintain contract files, records, and
documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance - Assist with
tracking contract actions, deliverables, funding, and period of
performance requirements - Coordinate with cross-functional teams
including program management, finance, estimating, subcontracts,
and legal as needed - Support contract closeout activities,
including reconciliation of contractual documentation and required
records - Help ensure contract actions are performed in accordance
with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable
Government regulations - Participate in identifying contractual
risks, issues, and required follow-up actions for management
awareness Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college or university in Finance, Business
Administration, or related discipline. - Experience with written
and verbal communication in a professional or academic setting -
Experience organizing and maintaining information, files, or
documentation with accuracy - Experience managing multiple
assignments and meeting deadlines Desired skills - Experience using
artificial intelligence (AI) tools or other digital tools to
support analysis, improve efficiency, or support business processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting
development efforts with changing priorities - Experience using
Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$52,300 - $92,230. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $60,200 - $104,190. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
