AWS Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for an AWS Engineer responsible for supporting development, modernization, and migration in a government multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and outages within the AWS GovCloud environment
Continuously monitor tenant environments and analyze system performance to recommend optimizations
Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance with FedRAMP standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
Relevant AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
