Job Description:

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and support products within the Technical Support Services team
Lead team to deliver outstanding customer service
Collaborate with various teams to improve patient care and service delivery

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in customer support
Healthcare Integration knowledge (HL7, DICOM, IHE)
Experience with various IT technical skills and tools
Practical knowledge of using 3rd party integration engines like Mirth Connect
