What You Will Do Lab Operating Procedure (LOP) Management; provide direction for lab users on established policies Management coordination and implementation of Environmental Health Safety and Sustainment Property & Metrology Management including maintenance of equipment service contracts and ongoing equipment repairs Perform cost analysis, ensure task completion within approved budgets Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oversee audit/assessment preparation. Overseeing Engineering Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program; develop corrective action plans and assist in the development of long-range objectives, including engineering customer goals Safeguarding of classified/proprietary material, hardware, and documentation, utilizing defense material/property under Export Administration Regulations Develop and implement communication plans, providing consulting support to functional and engineering customer management Work to influence stakeholders within and outside responsible area at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures Work autonomously with limited oversight; provide professional input, guidance, and problem solving This position requires some physical exertion while standing, sitting, or walking, working outside The Hardware Engineering Lab Lead is in McKinney, TX and the position is onsite. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Ability to obtain a security clearance or currently obtain one. Qualifications We Prefer Advanced degree in aforementioned disciplines. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
