Collins Aerospace Raytheon has the need for a talented individual
to join our Command-and-Control Business Development team working
with our Golden Dome and Integrated Air and Missile Defense C2
(GDIC2) team as part of the Battle Management, Command and Control
and Networking (BMC2N) business. The GDIC2 BD lead is responsible
for leading and coordinating Collins Aerospace’s Mission Systems
(MiS) Golden Dome for America (GDA) and other Integrated Air and
Missile Defense IAMD C2 pursuits. This individual establishes and
maintains contact networks at all levels and commands within
relevant USG commands and agencies related to requirements,
capabilities, development and acquisition of GDA and IAMD systems.
As an integral part of the GDIC2 team, you will leverage your
extensive contacts to identify customer requirements, program
initiatives, cross-portfolio efficiencies, dependencies, and
opportunities for Mission Systems. The successful candidate will
play a pivotal role in advising on and overseeing the design of
advanced BM/C2 and network management solutions across our C2
Product Line to offer to generate growth in the GDA and IAMD C2
markets. This senior position involves collaborating across
different business units across RTX, leading and advising teams in
strategy sessions, and providing intimate technical knowledge of
IAMD C2 systems and operations at a tactical, operational, and
strategic levels. The successful candidate has tremendous
interpersonal skills, collaborating with various stakeholders to
ensure our solutions align with strategic business objectives and
cutting-edge technological advancements. The successful candidate
will have extensive experience with DoD IAMD stakeholders across
Missile Defense Agency (MDA), US Army, US Navy and US Air Force in
the areas of requirements, acquisition, training, and sustainment
communities, as well as other industry partners and academia. The
successful candidate will also have first-hand operational
experience in a relevant IAMD context. This position is Hybrid
reporting out of either our Richardson, TX, McKinny TX or
Huntsville, AL locations. We will consider remote option for
exceptional candidates. What You Will Do: Develop and maintain
extensive customer relations with senior-level customer
organizations, industry colleagues, and trade associations for
timely identification of GDA and IAMD C2 requirements and
cross-portfolio synergies. Advise and coordinate the development
and implementation of customer solutions GDIC2, ensuring customer
requirements are understood. Coordinate across Mission Systems to
advance collaboration, establish and implement strategies across
related/assigned GDA customer organizations to maximize Collins’
opportunities and customer satisfaction. Leverage inter-personal
relationships and customer affinity to shape requirements,
acquisition strategy and decision-making processes. Interpret and
communicate GDA policies, initiatives, requirements and
opportunities to GDIC2 leaders. Support business unit RTX Lifecycle
Program Management activities. Participate in gate reviews, color
teams, competitive/market assessments, marketing plans, proposal
teams, and strategic planning. Support related trade shows and
professional conferences to help educate customers on Collins
Aerospace capabilities, and articulate customer requirements to
Collins. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry
trends, continuously improving solution offerings and driving
innovation within the team. Foster a culture of continuous learning
and development, promoting best practices and innovative thinking
Qualifications You Must Have : Typically requires a University
Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of
experience 10 years of prior relevant experience working with US
Army customers Must have sufficient technical background and
certifications to understand customer needs and Collins’ solutions
Working knowledge of IAMD doctrine, strategies and programs,
platforms, missions, and systems as well as their employment in
battlefield situations Recent experience working with relevant DoD
IAMD offices and agencies; the ideal candidate would possess
insights, experience, qualifications and technical expertise
equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel or GS-15 Knowledge of the
DoD processes for requirements development/approval, developing
capability solutions, budgeting, and acquisition ~30-40% travel is
required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and
executive leadership. Familiarity with classified information
handling protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance with all
relevant standards. Active and transferable U.S. government issued
Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance 10 years of prior relevant experience working
with US Army customers Qualifications We Prefer : Previous
experience with NORAD/NORTHCOM and/or MDA Current TS/SCI is
preferred Proven Leadership Experience Strategic/critical thinking
skills, creativity, problem-solving, debate, challenging customer
thinking, and fact-based analysis of alternatives are required

ability to brief large audiences and senior officials with

USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
