SCHEDULE: Full-time

Registered Nurse Case ManagerFull Time Days
Our RN Case Managers assist our Patients with Care Coordination and Discharge Planning. Utilization Review is not required. We are looking for a hands on RN Case Manager interested helping our patients in an acute care environment.

Qualifications Current Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted.Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross requiredBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing highly preferredThree years of direct patient care nursing experience in an acute care setting preferredPrior Case Management experience preferred
