2M Clinical Inc is a fast-growing minority owned technology driven contract research organization (CRO) focused on supporting our pharma and biotechnology clients with a range of services including patient recruitment, study coordination and management, epidemiologic research, regulatory support, communications, and functional support services. We are seeking a digital marketing analyst to develop written content in support of our patient recruitment efforts and expansion and dissemination of our web-based patient recruiting platform

2M Clinical Inc developed as an innovative technology platform created to connect individuals and community-based organizations with customized, interactive, data-driven, AI-powered, and actionable clinical trials information. This new platform continues the 2M Clinical mission: to increase participation and retention in clinical trials across all communities by bringing together study-seeking participants, neighborhood organizations, study sponsors, healthcare organizations, and physicians through the innovative use of technology, digital media, and trained study navigators.

We are seeking an individual who has experience with web, email marketing, social media, corporate communications, and public relations campaigns to support our patient recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities & Duties

Support strategizing on new topics, communication channels, and marketing mediums that would be of significant value to our pharma and biotech clients as well as other CRO clients

Develop media plan strategies and tactically execute online customer acquisition campaigns in alignment with customer goals

Drive and execute large scale paid campaigns in the Google Ads interface; specifically Search and Google Display, YouTube, and Google Discovery ads

Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting

Plan, create, and monitor 2M Clinical and LinkedIn content to increase brand awareness and meet marketing metrics in support of business development

Strategize new topics, communication channels, and marketing mediums with high value to our pharmaceutical and CRO clients.

Help measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher

Minimum of three or more years marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on B2B content creation

Minimum of one or more years of experience with marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.

Strong customer service skills

A passion for SEO and digital marketing

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of factors that influence search engine rankings (for both Organic and Local Rank)

Proficiency with platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, and CRM systems

Experience with paid search (Google Ad and Facebook Ads) is a plus

Strong knowledge of G-Suite (Including Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar & Drive)

Knowledge of various marketing platforms and optimization tools is a plus

Previous experience supporting patient recruitment is preferred

Previous sales experience is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States
