• Collect rent and other fees from residents
• Manage collection to reduce delinquent accounts
• Post rent payments in computer software
• Prepare 3 Day Notices
• File Evictions
• Attend Eviction Court
• File WritQualifications:
  • Previous experience as an assistant property manager
  • Familiarity with property management contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Ability to collect all rent and fees by a deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
