Job Description:
A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals,
families, and employers needs applicants for an opening for a
Remote Insurance Complaints Grievances and Appeals Senior
Manager.
Must be able to:
Manage the daily success and operations of the team, including KPI
results
Assess and provide ongoing career development for CG&A
staff
Manage people-related decisions, including attendance, behavioral
coaching conversations, and performance management outcomes
Qualifications Include:
5+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing teams
2+ years Healthcare experience; specifically with Complaints and
Grievances for Medicare Advantage plans
2+ years managing relationships with regulatory bodies including
CMS, State Regulators, & NCQA
Knowledge of and coaching on audit protocols and reporting
requirements, adherence to policies and procedures, as project
efforts
Knowledge of process flows, and business continuity plans specific
to your team's processes.
