Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Identity Access Management for a full-time remote position in the field of Information Technology (IT) - Information Security.
Key Responsibilities:

Set and lead implementation of the IAM strategy, including centralized access fulfillment, recertifications, and privileged access management
Develop standard, repeatable, and automated mechanisms for self-service access management
Hire, manage, and coach a team of IAM employees, analyze technical business issues, provide solutions, and develop strategic IAM direction

Required Qualifications:

4 Year College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant alternative
10+ years of information security or technical experience (5 years of leadership in IAM) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Experience building and leading teams at an enterprise level
Certifications preferred: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, AZ900, AWS Practitioner
Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards
