If you are looking to make an international impact, the Organizational Development Manager at Fisher Investments is the role you have been waiting for!The Opportunity: -The Organizational Development team designs and stewards many impactful firm-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, performance appraisals, and employee engagement action planning. As our firm's Organizational Development Manager, you will use your expertise to design, implement, and improve talent reviews, performance appraisals, and other programs. These programs will help grow our company and the development of employees at all levels. You will report directly to the Organizational Development Team Leader for support and development.The Day-to-Day:

• You will use your project management skills to deliver performance appraisal, talent review, engagement survey action planning processes for a company with over 5,000 employees internationally
• You will develop strategic roadmaps for our talent, performance, engagement and other programs
• You will transition our talent designation and succession planning from a manual process into Workday
• You will get to collaborate with variety of HR and business partners on needs analyses and designing customized solutions, including workshops, projects and materials
• You will stay informed in your field to act as our firm's expert on talent, performance and engagement best practices Your Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management or similar fields
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with people systems (Workday, Success Factors, etc.) as the content owner -
  • Experience leading firm wide, international projects
  • Experience developing customized solutions from an ambiguous "need" to a fully orchestrated end product
