Required Experience:
Required Experience:
- - - - - - - One to three years' experience in Case Management.
- - - - - - - Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- - - - - - - Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.
- - - - - - - Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, Private Insurance and TDSHS standards.
- - - - - - - Basic computer knowledge. Word and Excel preferred
