Job Description:

A company is looking for a General Manager to oversee operations in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational and site functions of the biopharmaceutical facility
Lead and develop teams to enhance performance and employee progression
Address commercial and business challenges within the manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications

Strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sterile manufacturing
Experience in cell and gene therapy or biologics
Proven leadership experience in managing teams
Understanding of commercial and business aspects of biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
