Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Manager for Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance the skills and product knowledge of training
facilitators
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for onboarding and
continuous development of Customer Experience Support teams
globally
Design, implement, and optimize impactful learning programs for new
and existing team members
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Customer Support experience
5+ years in training and development, preferably in a contact
center or tech industry
5+ years of experience as a people leader
Understanding of industry learning trends and instructional design
principles
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related
field; advanced degree or certifications in Training and
Development preferred
