Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant
(Remote) to lead strategic change management efforts and
consultation at a high complexity level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management projects, including planning, execution, and
direction
Collaborate with project teams to address change management,
communication, and training needs
Utilize key metrics to analyze, track, and report on project impact
and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Management,
Business Analysis, or Change Management, or High School Diploma/GED
with 10 years of experience
Change Management Certification preferred
Knowledge of change management principles and tools
Experience with large-scale organizational initiatives
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
