Job Description:
Purpose of PositionThe primary focus of the Manager, Client
Experience is to manage departmental activities and personnel,
overseeing client services and scheduling to ensure a continuous
and positive client experience.Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate across all levels of FlightSafety's business units
to support the company's vision of being the world's premier
aviation training provider, known for outstanding customer service,
quality training, and operational excellence.
- Utilize accounting skills to analyze budgets and reports,
providing insights to leadership.
- Implement and manage procedural or personnel changes in
coordination with management, teammates, and clients.
- Analyze departmental procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
and compliance, reporting findings to leadership.
- Handle accounting and forecast reporting for the department and
center.
- Adhere to and review the department's Quality Management System
annually.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of center-level processes.
- Manage customer retention activities.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate prospective employees.
- Oversee training requirements and track teammate performance
and goals.
- Lead departmental meetings and supervise daily activities,
coaching performance, coordinating schedules, and monitoring
quality and progress.
- Ensure the quality of services provided by the Customer Support
Team.
- Address problems, identify solutions, and develop techniques to
meet objectives and improve team efficiency.
- Mentor and develop teammates through training and support
activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree required, or 5+ years in
a customer leadership role with 1-3 management experience leading a
support team as a substitute.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

detail.

EnvironmentThis role requires use of hands for handling and
communication, with the possibility of standing, walking, or
sitting. Vision abilities include viewing monitors and documents.
The environment typically has low to moderate noise
