Clinical Nurse Coordinator Labor and Delivery
Full Time Days 7A-7P
New Hires may receive up to a $7,500 Sign on Bonus.
Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the Clinical
Nurse Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and
coordination of all functions in the unit. In collaboration with
other members of the management team, this individual is
responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient
care services provided in the department.--
The Antepartum Gynecology RN on our busy patient centered floor
provides care to patients that are high risk or have complicated
pregnancies. -Our Nurses enjoy great teamwork, flexible scheduling,
a supportive management team and potential for growth.
Over 4,300 deliveries each year in the dedicated women's tower.
Newly renovated 29-bed antepartum and gynecologic surgery unit.
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 24/7
Fetal Diagnostic Center - OB Emergency Department.
Maternal Fetal Medicine Program.
Childbirth Education Classes.
Gynecologic Robotic Surgery.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BSN required within 1 year
Current Texas RN license or RN compact license
Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American
Certification in specialty required within 1 year
Completion of charge nurse course required within one year
Other leadership training and activity in professional
organizations highly preferred
Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of
his/her unit and leadership/ management experience is
