We are currently looking for an ambitious Clinical Nurse Coordinator to help us reach our goals.Our inpatient Heart and Vascular floor provides a full service cardiovascular program for our patients. We provide care to a variety of patients including acute Cardiac diagnosis and treatment, pre and post Heart and Vascular procedures, recovery of post CABG as well as ICU and CVICU step down. Our busy Society of Chest Pain Center accredited 30 bed unit has a team oriented group of caring clinical professionals including a Nurse Educator and a helpful group of Patient Care Techs. We are looking for RN's that are interested in advancing their career caring for wide range of cardiovascular patients.Click here for more information about our full service Cardiovascular Program.Goal of this position:

• Fosters health care environment of choice for patients in the market
• Create a sustainable succession structure that will eliminate leadership position fill time
• Raise the bar on providing skills, coaching and education for nursing career
• Enforce frontline leadership shared governance which supports the nursing strategy
• Reduce variance in expectations across the organization
  
  The CNC is:
  
  • An experienced registered nurse that has received leadership training
  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations on the nursing unit during a particular shift
  • A front-line nurse leader who provides support to the nurses and ensures patients are consistently receiving exceptional care
  • Readily available to support the frontline nurses and physicians

                    Qualifications
                    • BSN required within one year of hire from an accredited school of nursing.
                    • Completion of charge nurse course required within one year
                    • Certifications required within one year: ACLS, BLS
