Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Full Time We're
looking for experienced ED Registered Nurses to join our Central
Staffing Office team to float to at least 3 Texas Health Resources
hospitals. Position Highlights Work location: Address is based out
of 612 E. Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011 and will float to a minimum of
3 hospitals. Work environment: Texas Health Resources Central
Staffing-an internal staffing agency-is currently in search of a
Full-Time Emergency Department Registered Nurse. This Full-time
position will work varying shifts. Must have flexibility to float
throughout the Metroplex to a minimum of three (3) or more
hospitals. At least one (1) holiday worked per year. Work hours:
Full Time varying shift (mostly nights) weekday, weekend, and
holiday Sign on Bonus $12k for Eligible New Hires (external only).

Degree Nursing required Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Other -
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign
education equivalency required Experience 3 years experience with
one year in the last three years as a clinical nurse in the
Emergency Department Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered
Nurse upon hire required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support
prior to providing independent patient care and maintained
quarterly required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within
90 days of hire required And ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course (prior to clinical work performed) within 60 days of hire
required And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (prior to
clinical work performed) within 90 days of hire required And NIHSS
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification (prior to
clinical work performed) within 30 days of hire required And CPI -
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 60 days pf hire
required And TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (prior to clinical
work performed) within 30 days of hire required Or ATCN - Advanced
Trauma Care Nurse (prior to clinical work performed) within 30 days
of hire required In addition to the required qualifications, a
successful RN will demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality,
positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a
fast-paced environment. maintain a positive, customer-focused
attitude toward patients. possess a strong work ethic and always
display a high level of professionalism. have basic computer skills
using Medical management application systems. Position
Responsibilities Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing
Process ---assesses the patient ---plans the care of the patient
---intervenes as appropriate ---evaluates the effectiveness of
interventions ---Incorporates age specific safety/infection control
measures into patient care. ---Initiates action to meet patient
and/or significant others need for information ---Maintains
continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while
