House Supervisor - RN Weekend - Arlington, TXPerimeter Behavioral of Arlington is a children and adolescent behavioral health hospital providing quality care.-- Our beautiful campus is conveniently located in Arlington, Texas.----
The duties of the Weekend House Supervisor includes the following:

• 
  
• Overseeing the clinical practice of nursing which includes assisting the CNO in directing all services provided by the Nursing Services Department including evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/MHT staff required training.
  
• As a member of our department head team this position ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives
  
• Actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing
  
• Providing total patient care and services and provides an adequate staffing pattern to meet patient needs, based on patient census and as determined by the patient acuity system.
  
  Qualified candidates should have the following:--
  
  
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and/or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  
• Licensure: Registered by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
  
• Experience: At least three (3) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting with psychiatric experience and extensive management background.
  
• Current CPR and ACLS certification preferred
  
• Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of the Joint Commission, CMS, and OSHA requirements, and state, federal, regulatory requirements preferred. Successful completion of training in Handle with Care or Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 10 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
  
• Scheduling: Weekends - Day and Night Shifts Available - 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a--
