baby! Our Women's Services departments are growing by leaps and
bounds and we need your help.-- We're looking for experienced Labor
& Delivery Registered Nurses to join our dynamic group of
individuals that float to at least 3 Texas Health Resources
hospitals.-- Join our team and you will play a unique and important
role centered in closing the gaps and stepping in when most needed-
while providing excellent care to the people in the community in
which you serve. -- Position Highlights
Work location: The address is based
out of 612 E. Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011 and will--float--to a
minimum of 3 hospitals. Work environment:----Must have flexibility
to float throughout the Metroplex to a minimum of three (3) or more
Texas Health Resources hospitals. Ability to triage, labor,
deliver, circulate, and recover patients in both LDR and LDRP
settings.-- Assist with initial breastfeeding education. Work
hours: PRN: On an as needed basis; 12-hour shifts,--Varying shift,
there are day shifts available but the majority of shifts are
between the hours of 6:30PM-7:15AM Weekday, Weekend and Holiday (1
winter holiday per year required) Self-scheduling -- Texas Health

Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN
preferred Three (3) Years' RN Experience--with one year in the last
three years--as a clinical nurse in specialty area of position
(Labor & Delivery RN experience) Required --
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA
regulations regarding foreign education equivalency--(required)
Current RN licensure or compact
licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire BCLS -
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart
Association required upon hire NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program
required upon hire ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
certification required upon hire AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring
(EFM)--OR--IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required upon hire
In addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will:
Demonstrate a--high degree of

ethic and always display a high level of professionalism
have basic computer skills using
Medical management application systems -- Position Responsibilities
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process ---
assesses the patient --- plans the care of the patient ---

interventions --- Incorporates age specific safety/infection
control measures into patient care. --- Initiates action to meet
patient and/or significant others need for information ---
