We're looking for qualified Registered Nurses like you to join our Texas Health family.

Position Highlights

* Work location: Texas Health Resources: 612 E. Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011
* Work environment: Central Staffing Office
* Work hours: Full Time (36 hours) (Day Shift) Rotating 8, 10 or 12 hours

* Associate's Degree Nursing required
* Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
* Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required


* 3 Years' Experience with one year in the last three years as a clinical nurse in specialty area of position required

Licenses and Certifications

* RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And
* BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And
* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required And
* PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days required


* A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

1. Using barcode medication verification (BMV) during medication administrations

2. Completing accurate documentation in the electronic health record

3. Completing assessments accurately and in a timely manner

4. Individualizing care plans specific to the needs of the patient

5. Providing consistent attention to airway, intake, elimination, sleep, rest, mobility and hygiene needs
