Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the Clinical
Nurse Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and
coordination of all functions in the unit. In collaboration with
other members of the management team, this individual is
responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient
care services provided in the department.----

RN's on our Labor and Delivery floor assist with over 4,300
deliveries per year.-- Our busy 23 bed unit is staffed with a team
oriented group of caring clinical professionals including a full
physician compliment of a 24 hour Anesthesiologist, Hospitalist and
Neonatologist.-- Our Nurses provide care to a wide variety of acute
patients and are supported by a helpful group of Patient Care Techs
and Nursing Management.-- If you are looking for a collaborative

Qualifications What qualifications you will need:
----------------------- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate
degree registered nursing program.--
----------------------- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience
as a licensed Registered Nurse, in Women's Services
----------------------- NRP, Medication Learning
----------------------- Current Registered Nurse License in the
State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN
Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90
days of hire date)
----------------------- Current American Heart Association BLS
