Job Description:

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Palmetto GBA Medical Reviewer II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Performing medical claim reviews
Educating internal/external staff regarding medical reviews
Participating in quality control activities in support of the corporate and team-based objectives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Associate Degree Nursing OR Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Valid, active, unrestricted RN licensure from the United States and in the state of hire
Two years of clinical nursing experience
Working knowledge of word processing software
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions
Good judgment skills
