Description Medical City ArlingtonRegistered Nurse - Service Line CoordinatorFull TimeYou May Be Eligible for a $5K Sign-On Bonus Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the Service Line Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the OR unit. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the department. Develops plan of care for service based on RN assessments and is responsible for fiscal and human resources allocation based on guidelines.     Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    BSN required within 1 year
    Current Texas RN license or RN compact license
    Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    Certification in specialty required within 1 year
    Completion of charge nurse course required within one year
    Other leadership training and activity in professional organizations highly preferredOR experience required.Management experience preferred - knowledgeable of overall OR service to add organizational value
