Registered Nurse Supervisor RN Operating RoomFull Time, No Weekends
New Hires may receive up to a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.
Assures the delivery ofprofessional nursing care within assigned department by assessing, planning,organizing, directing and evaluating nursing care provided to all patients;collaborates with the Surgical Services Educator in education and training of alldepartment staff both in the initial implementation phase and on an ongoingbasis; develops staff by department specific needs assessment, development ofgoals and objectives, implementation methods, evaluation measures; develops,maintains and interprets policy and procedures; maintains fiscalresponsibility for department.
