  Qualifications
  
  Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field. Requires a minimum of one-three (1-3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, has experience working with first responders, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Must possess a state licensure: LPC, LPC-A, LMSW or LCSW licenses. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. CPR and CPI training must be completed prior to beginning work.
