Family Nurse Practitioner

Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families (ages at their near-site corporate health and wellness center in Fort Worth, TX

This is a 20 hour per week position. Schedule- Tuesday and Thursday 10am-7pm and Wednesday 9am-1pm.

Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.

The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a primary care/family practice setting
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
* Current and unrestricted state licensure
* Qualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
