Job Description:
Duties: - Assess patients' physical condition and develop
individualized treatment plans - Implement and monitor therapeutic
exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength,
and coordination - Utilize various modalities such as heat, cold,
ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to relieve pain and promote
healing - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques
for exercises and activities to continue progress outside of
therapy sessions - Document patient progress, treatment plans, and
outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards - Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical
Therapist in a clinical setting - Proficient in acute care
settings, including experience with post-surgical rehabilitation
and management of acute injuries - Strong knowledge of medical
terminology, anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal system -
Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not
required - Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is a
plus Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in
Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state licensure
as a Physical Therapist - CPR certification - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work
independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits:
