They work with other health care staff to deliver patient care effectively. Our Registered Nurses use the nursing process efficiently. They diagnose patient responses to health issues and create care plans accordingly. It includes evaluating healthcare needs and responses. /n Essential Functions of the Role /n /n - Prioritize needs. Create, implement, and assess care plan to achieve outcomes. Adapt plan as necessary. /n - Observe indicators closely, support evidence-based changes with research and hands-on learning. /n - Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff. /n - Build relationships with boundaries in mind. Qualifications - Grad of an Accredited Program - Specialized field of study should be nursing. - RN license. - Must have min 2 years ICU RN Experience - Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
