Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Arlington, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,826 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Arlington, Texas, 76015! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00-19:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN license Certifications: National certification preferred Must-Have: 2 years of experience in trauma, ortho, and neuro nursing Description: This role is within the Operating Room. There are 10 operating rooms in total. Day shift schedules are dependent but may include charge and trauma teams. Night shifts consist of two teams in-house with one being on call. Patient ratios are 1:1. Standard operating room equipment is utilized, including robotics. The electronic medical records system used is Meditech. Candidates must have national or military certification plus 2 years of experience in trauma, ortho, and neuro. In addition to the must-have skills, experience with Meditech/HCA and robotics is preferred. Charge nurse experience is also a plus. Typical procedures performed on the unit include all specialties except transplant and pediatrics. Ideal candidates should be reliable, adaptable, hardworking, and willing to take call.
