registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered
Nurse (RN) with Stepdown unit experience. This contract position is
suited for a skilled RN ready to provide exceptional patient care
in a progressive care unit setting. Location: Arlington, TX
Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients
requiring stepdown or progressive care services - Monitor patient
conditions closely, perform assessments, and collaborate with
healthcare teams to develop care plans - Administer medications and
treatments according to established protocols - Educate patients
and families about their conditions and recovery process - Ensure
compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation
standards Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of
Texas - Experience working in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
(PCU) - Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills -
Ability to work effectively during night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) -
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Schedule/Hours: - 7
PM to 7 AM shifts This contract position offers an excellent
