Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience in Arlington, TX.
This contract position offers the chance to apply your specialized
nursing skills in a dynamic healthcare setting supporting newborns
requiring intensive care. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive
nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU. - Monitor
vital signs, administer medications, and assist with life-support
equipment. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
including physicians, respiratory therapists, and family members to
develop and implement individualized care plans. - Document patient
information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare
standards. - Respond quickly and effectively to any changes in
patients conditions. Qualifications: - Current RN license with
valid NICU experience. - Strong knowledge of neonatal critical care
protocols and best practices. - Ability to work the night shift
from 7 PM to 7 AM. - Excellent communication and critical thinking
skills. - Compassionate approach toward patients and families in a
high-stress environment. Schedule/Hours: - Night shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
