Specialty) — North Fort Worth, TX *Potential for Hybrid Schedule
after initial contract period.* Schedule: Monday–Friday (no
weekends) Pay: $60/hour (weekly pay) overtime opportunities and pay
offered. Join a collaborative specialty pharmacy team where you’ll
focus on high?value patient counseling and clinical accuracy in a
quiet, closed?door setting—without the interruptions of retail. Key
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical pharmacotherapy
reviews and document findings aligned to evidence?based
recommendations. Counsel patients on new therapies (primarily by
phone) and drive adherence and understanding. Coordinate care with
physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless therapy
initiation and follow?up. Process and verify prescriptions with
exceptional accuracy; assist with oversight of pharmacy technicians
as needed. Provide subcutaneous injection education and support
program requirements (e.g., REMS). Serve as intake lead for new
referrals; maintain complete, compliant patient records.
Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacist (TSBP) license in good
standing. 2 years counseling patients and verifying prescriptions.
Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.
Clear, empathetic communicator with strong clinical judgment and
