Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client in hiring
a Patient Access Rep. This position will be 100% onsite and a
full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will be working
different shifts week to week and interested candidates need to
have open availability for all shift times! This position will be
patient-facing and focused on providing a great experience for
patients assisting them in patient check in/out, registering for
patient services, scheduling appointments, insurance verification,
and assisting with collection of copays and past due balances.
Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with patients
in a high-pressure environment, de-escalating situations as needed
and providing the best experience to them. Requirements High School
Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years medical administrative
experience required Must be proficient working within EMR Systems
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer
