registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide compassionate, expert care in a dynamic
step-down nursing role supporting patients with complex medical
needs. This contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX calls for a
skilled registered nurse with experience in progressive care units,
especially dealing with stroke management, cardiac drips, and
respiratory support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality
nursing care to step-down unit patients, including post-procedure
individuals and those requiring continuous BiPAP Monitor and manage
patients on cardiac drips and assess neurological status for stroke
patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote
optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation
and compliance with facility protocols Flex staffing ratios as
needed, typically 4:1, with occasional 5:1 due to staffing
variations Qualifications & Certifications: Active RN license
Experience in step-down or progressive care unit nursing strongly
preferred Current ACLS and BLS certifications required NIH Stroke
Scale certification mandatory Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
